Pickup & Delivery Policy

Delivery Preferred

For the convenience of our customers, delivery is the preferred fulfillment option whenever available.

Pickup Orders

Mookie's Kitchen does not operate a storefront or public pickup location. Customers requesting pickup will be scheduled to meet at a mutually agreed-upon public location.

Requesting a Pickup Location

During checkout, select "Yes" for "Need pickup location?" if you require a pickup arrangement. After your order is confirmed, you will be contacted with pickup details.

Pickup Locations

Pickup locations are selected with safety and convenience in mind and are provided only after an order has been placed and confirmed. Mookie's Kitchen reserves the right to determine the final pickup location.

Arrival & Communication

Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed or need to make changes, contact Mookie's Kitchen as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Food Safety

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for proper transportation, storage, and handling transfers to the customer.

Order Policy

Orders are prepared fresh and made according to the details provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting payment.

Certain menu items may require advance notice. Availability may vary based on product demand, ingredient availability, and scheduling.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Mookie's Kitchen products are made-to-order food items, all sales are generally final.
